What we do with collected data
We strictly use collected data to provide you with the products and services requested. We take security and data protection very seriously. For this reason, we employ a highly recognized security expert with experience in hacking and fraud-discovery especially in telecommunication industry to ensure everything is well encrypted and secured from eavesdropping. We never share your personal informations with third party. We don't keep informations such as your credit card details. Instead, we forward them to bank payment processor in encrypted form. We will never disclose any of your data, unless, obliged by law to do so.
You may use services provided by CS Networks for any purpose, as long as you are complying with the local regulations of your country and follow the good business ethics. However, no matter if regulated or not, we do not allow spam messages, fraudulent messages, hate-speech messages,including but not only fascism, racism, religious fanaticism and similar, abusive or any other content that can make harmful consequences to any individual or legal entity. Note that extreme cases such as child pornography will be reported to authorities as a part of our corporate responsibility.
Service Level Agreement
CS Networks hosts a complicated network connected to large amount of nodes in order to achieve truly global coverage with more then 800 mobile operators worldwide. As a provider of mobile security services and products, we always aim to keep our network redundant. Instead of promising SLA plans and similar, we are proud to appoint that we did not experienced a single system failure since we launched services. Due to complexity of the system, however, we can't guarantee for all our partners and operators. For this reason, we always aim to keep multiple connections toward each operator in order to be able to re-route your traffic in case of problem. Moreover, we don't wait for your complaints. Instead, our system is constantly monitored by trained persons with the goal to resolve all possible problems without even being noticed by our customers.
Money Back / Refund Policy
It is actually very simple. Our services are realized on Prepay / Top-Up solution. If, for any reason / at any time you decide to stop using our services, we will return your unused credit balance upon your request. There is no time limits or similar. Simply, your money on your account is yours until you spend it. If there is a problem on our system causing service degradation and / or you are getting charged incorrectly due to our fault, we will refund spent credits to your account. However, credits spent due to mistakes in programming on your end / or operator side are not applicable for a refund as long as we are charged for messages in question. If you are having concern about integration, feel free to contact support team. We are able to provide you with sandbox where you can test your system without being charged for. Note that in case of refund, any transaction fees such as bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
You may buy your credits via Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. In order to prevent fraudulent payments, each transaction is verified by person, and it may take from couple of minutes up to couple of hours for your balance to update. We don't take any money from you until transaction is confirmed. In very rare specific cases, we may give you a call to registered business phone number in order to confirm authorization especially for large payments above EUR 5.000.
Charging Balance, Reporting Problems
If you send single or more messages via any interface of our platform, at the end of the day, 00:10 AM, we will send accounting balance analysis to your email address, containing Operator, Count of messages, price per message charged and sum of charges for each operator. Analysis will also contain your balance, and how much you have spent previous day. It is your obligations to check balance reports regularly, and inform us in case of any problems you may find. After 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and non-working days), balance will be closed as final if no problems are reported.
